MONUNI is a small operation. Expect a reply within one business day for support and within a month for a formal privacy request, which is the statutory limit rather than a target. Security reports are read first, always.
You never have to wait for us to stop trading. Pausing your account, or moving a connection back to Observe, takes effect immediately and needs nobody’s approval. Revoking the API key at your exchange is faster still and does not involve MONUNI at all — and in a genuine emergency that is the thing to do first, before writing to anyone. Pausing deliberately leaves your stop losses armed; see Safety and risk.
